GORE-TEX© Pro Shell 3L
The optimum solution for extremely tough conditions, GORE-TEX® Pro Shell products are exceptionally rugged and durable. The backer, a patent-pending technology improves internal abrasion and snag resistance, enhances garment breathability and decreases weight. It also allows the garment to slide easily over mid-layers. Gore-Tex fabrics are engineered to pass Gore's most aggressive rain test. They deliver superior protection against extended wet weather conditions through the use of advanced garment design techniques.
RECCO®
An avalanche rescue system utilized by more than 600 rescue organizations worldwide to assist in the efficient location of burials. RECCO technology enables rapid directional pinpointing of a victim’s precise location using harmonic radar. The two-part system consists of a RECCO® detector used by organized rescue groups, and RECCO® reflectors that are integrated into apparel, helmets, protection gear or boots. The reflector is permanently affixed, requires no training for use and needs no batteries to function.
The RECCO system is not intended for self-rescue nor is it an alternative to transceiver use in the backcountry.
