As a part of the celebration of Dale's 125th Anniversary, their designers created a sweater reflecting 125 years of tradition, quality and innovation. Elements of nostalgia and retro style from Cortina - the very popular 1956 sweater - can be seen in the Anniversary sweater. Elements from the Telemark and Setesdal designs convey tradition. The Setesdal pattern, incorporated into the sweater, is part of the national costume and is one of the most ancient and authentic Norwegian knit designs. The central 8-leaf rose underlines the ties to the Norwegian design tradition and is one of the most enduring design elements. All these ideas are brought together in this special Dale 125th Anniversary Sweater. It conveys Dale timelessness and truly represents Dale from 1879 to 2006, while serving as an inspiration for the future.
