Karhu designed the new Frontier from the bottom up, using 3D-molded insoles and their men's and women's lasts for superior comfort. The new lacing system and 3D-Stitched Toungue hold the foot firmly in place, and 200g Thinsulate™ insulation and a zip-up lace cover will keep your feet warm and dry all day long. The slimmer, lighter profile of the Frontier provieds a smooth flex up front, while the NNN BC outsole has double steering groves for controlling your ski on groomed or backcountry terrain. This is a really great boot if you are looking to do some heavy semi-groomed trails or lighter Backcountry skiing.
