Berg's Price Match Policy

Your satisfaction is our success!


Price matching guidelines and limitations

  • Price matching is available in association with certified dealers only.
  • The item must be sold, and fulfilled by, the certified online retailer.
  • The item must be currently in-stock on the certified retailer’s website.
  • Berg’s reserves the right to verify the price of the identical in-stock item. (i.e., year, brand, model, size, & color)
  • Berg’s may limit quantities to one-per-customer.
  • Price matching may not be available for residents of Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Prices matching is not honored in association with:

  • the offerings of uncertified retailers.
  • prices from marketplaces, third-party sellers, auctions, or sites requiring memberships.
  • prices (including percent or dollar off offers) that cannot be determined independent of other items. (e.i., fees & shipping).
  • bundled offers, rebates, mail-in offers, or offers that include financing.
  • prices that require minimum quantity purchases.
  • special hourly, flash, or limited quantity offers.
  • damaged, used, or refurbished items.
  • misprinted or inaccurate prices.

The Shopping Cart

  • Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the item selected.
  • Placing an item in your cart does not secure the price of the item selected.
  • It is possible for available inventory to change between the time an item is placed into a cart and the time a purchase is processed.
  • It is possible for prices to change between the time an item is placed into a cart and the time a purchase is processed.

Mispriced Items

  • Sales may be void in the event they involve mispriced items.
  • If an item's correct price is higher than Berg’s listed price we will, at our discretion,
    • honor the lower price,
    • contact you with options before shipping,
    • cancel your order.
  • Customers will be notified by email in the event of cancellations.

Internal Price Changes

  • If you find a lower price from a certified retailer's website within 10 days of the date we ship your order, let us know, and we'll credit your original payment method for the difference. Calculated differences will take into account differences in shipping and promotions into account.
  • If Berg’s lowers the price of an item identical to one you’ve purchased within 10 days of shipping you the same item. Let us know and we'll refund you the difference.
  • Requests for refund of price differences may be made by emailing Berg’s at orders@bergsskishop.com.
  • When emailing Berg’s please provide,
    • the billing name listed within your order,
    • the order number, and
    • clearly document the noted pricing change.
  • All refunds will be issued through the original method of payment.
