Your satisfaction is our success!


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to Berg’s within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for refund products and packaging must be, in original condition, unused, with all original materials and tags attached. Clothing return requires original tags remain in place, and the garment must be clean and unwashed. The presence of pet hair, notable smoke odor, excessive wrinkling, or stains may compromise return eligibility. Boxes/packaging provided by the manufacturer (as associated with boots, bindings, accessories, etc) must also be returned in new condition.

Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. The facilitation of returns beyond 45 days will be at Berg’s discretion.

Items used (or otherwise not in new condition) may not be eligible for return or may be processed with an associated restocking fee. Items not in new condition will be processed at Berg’s discretion.

Items labeled or described as "FINAL SALE" are not accepted for return or exchange.

Refunds may take up to 3 business days to process. This timeline may vary depending on your credit card processor and lending institution.

Berg's does not offer free shipping on returns. But if it makes life easier, we can email you a return label, the cost of which would simply be deducted from the return credit.

We strongly suggest returns be shipped insured for full retail value, and with tracking.
